Forskningsnettet

The chief responsibilty for Forskningsnettet is placed with the Management Committee, which is appointed from the member institutions by the by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
The chairman of the Management Committee is responsible for the management of Forskningsnettet and the official spokesman for the network.
The chairman is at the moment Børge Obel, dean of Aarhus School of Business, University of Aarhus.

The Management Committee

• Is responsible of the definition of strategy, framework and direction lines of Forskningsnettet
• Discusses all key questions related to Forskningsnettet
• Approves the budget and accounts
• Determines the fee paid by the connected organisations.
• Controls the economy of Forskningsnettet - with the administrative staff of the Network Secratariat.

The Management Committee holds at least four meeting a year.
